Hello Everyone,

I am back to fight cancer again; running the NYC Marathon for the V Foundation.  I would prefer to not have to continue doing this, but cancer just doesn't stop.  In November 2023, cancer took my very awesome, funny, special mother in law, HOLLY, from us;  and to say we miss her is an understatement. On October 1st, cancer also took Tim Wakefield from us - my very favorite Red Sox player.  I was always hoping to get to see him grow old with the Red Sox, but that is yet another dream taken from us.  So I run for them, and in their memories.  With your donation, I will run for YOU, for someone you love, for your family, and for us all, as I will be putting everyone’s name on my shirt. So if you have someone you want on my shirt, please let me wear their name, and tell it to me in your donation.  I thank you all so much for this, and I am  excited to run through the 5 boroughs again for a beautiful cause. Please help me represent EVERYONE who is worth a 26.2 mile fight. One day of my life will hopefully gift so many MORE. Thank you.  - Danielle

About the V Foundation
